Hey Y’all! I JUST realized today that people are really reading this and I need to stop BSing on my Tuesday/Thursday posts…would help keep me motivated if ya’ll asses actually interacted with me instead of visiting my shit on some ghost whisperer shit (leave a comment Nakker) but whatevs….anyway, I’ve decided that I need a ‘Weight loss – Life Coach”. I’m spending $195 a WEEK on Splendid Spoon but I keep ordering takeout for dinner…WILDNESS!
Anyway, I think I need someone that can hold my hand (literally) through the drama of transforming myself! So that’s the wave that I’m on. I’ve been rocking out with “SS” for 3 weeks and I’m over it. I want to eat light throughout the day and a nice hearty dinner followed by immediate sleep…Like…I want to ‘work, eat, sleep, repeat…’. Is that too much to ask?!
I’ve gotta figure out what that day looks like…I’ve also gotta get my exercise in. Pray for me y’all!
Also…for some reason, I haven’t been able to upload pictures to my posts which is weird. I’ll look into that too I guess…
