So…let me start of by saying this post isn’t about condoms. I just really like alliteration and I was trying to be witty. For SEO purposes my title is probably trash. Anyway, so I’ve officially, officially started a plant based diet. I want to go hard for the next 3 months. I promised myself that I’d move to NYC by 6/1. I don’t want to show up to the big Apple looking like a California Raisin so I’m going hard in the paint. Now, I’ve tried this plant based vegan thang a few times so my pantry is pretty decent but I wanted to list some things YOU should buy if you’re trying to transition to a plant based/vegan diet. This list is definitely if you’re trying to be up in the kitchen, cooking whole foods – foods that aren’t processed. No shade if you’re eating the processed stuff. Progress is progress and progress is a process…but we got this!
